🐣 Baby Chicks Bring Spring Learning to Life!
Excitement is in the air at West Kingston Elementary as our first-grade classrooms welcome some adorable new residents! Our young learners are getting a firsthand lesson in life cycles as they observe baby chicks taking their first steps and growing stronger each day. The combination of hands-on learning and these fluffy newcomers has created an unforgettable educational experience.
👨🏫 Student Takes the Lead: Principal for a Day
A special congratulations to our attendance challenge winner, Nolan McNamara! Nolan stepped into some big shoes as he took on the role of Principal for the Day. Armed with a walkie-talkie, he handled morning announcements, helped during recess, and saw students off at dismissal. The day was made even more special with a visit from our Assistant Superintendent, who helped Nolan sign his official contract.
🌴 Tropical Vibes Build School Spirit
Community spirit was on full display during our recent Tropical Day! Our amazing staff, faculty, and students showed their creativity by sporting their best tropical attire. This fun event perfectly demonstrates how our dedicated team at WKES continues to create engaging ways to build school camaraderie.
